The Essentials programme offers participants the chance to upskill by developing practical coaching skills which will enhance and complement their existing skills set. The content is designed with practitioners, first line managers and front line staff in mind.
Essentials isn’t heavy on the theory — after all theory is hypothetical, speculation, conjecture — this course is based on coaching theory and principles but Cazbro turns this into simple, practical tools and skills which are relevant and adaptable to any situation.
Not Just ‘Coaching for Managers’…
…or for the faint hearted. During the course of my work with a diverse range of challenging client groups I became increasingly aware of how the Cazbro style of coaching created breakthroughs and broke down barriers between people, especially when there was a perceived difference of status or authority. Based on this work, and speaking with both clients and staff about the difficulties within these relationships and interactions, I developed the Essentials Programme.
The course can be adapted to encompass the needs of different roles and sectors. You will be able to apply these skills in interactions with customers, clients, colleagues and in your personal life. You also have the option to undertake formal assessment to recognise your successful completion of the Essentials programme.
