Take Your Break...Or You Just Might!!

I'm amazed at how many clients are doing themselves a disservice and opening themselves up to working at less than their optimum performance...all because they don't take a lunch break.
TAKE YOUR BREAKS!! Get away from your desk, stretch and move your body to make you breathe a bit more deeply. If you have a physical job, have a seat and take a rest.
Taking regular breaks allows your brain, your thought processes and your body to recharge which leads to increased efficiency and elevates your mood.
I don't do the wagging finger thing but...DO IT!!
