Prioritising Your Time and Commitments

You're run off your feet? Sit down and do some mental exercise
Do you find your time filled with running around doing things for other people and neglecting what is important to you? If so, then it might be time to restructure your life to encompass more things that really matter to you and less of the stuff that you only do because you think you should.
But where to start?... Write a list of all of your commitments; work, family, sports, classes, chores, duties, all of the activities you are committed to. Next, look realistically at how much time each of these take up. Now, look honestly at how much value these commitments add to your life. This will give you a new perspective on how you value your time.
