Inactivity and procrastination are usually nothing more than bad habits. Turning those habits into something more positive and productive is simple - do at least one thing every day to take you towards your goal and work towards changing your life.
The more committed and determined you are to making your goal happen, the more likely it is that you’ll achieve it.
