Cazbro was established in January, 2007 and has been consistently evolving and developing new products and solutions ever since. There have been some significant challenges along the way and also lots of fun, laughter and learning.
We do lots of things for lots of people – and we love it! A lot of the time it doesn’t feel like we go to work – it feels like going out to play! We believe this attitude is what sets us apart. We enjoy and are passionate about what we do and this translates into stimulating, interesting and exciting experiences for our clients.
The nature of our job allows us to connect with people from all walks of life and the privilege of being part of some huge life changes and successes. Is it any wonder we smile a lot?

About Our Founder
Carol Brown is a professionally trained coach offering tailored packages to suit individual needs. From a corporate background, Carol has studied Psychology, Health and Fitness, NLP, DISC Personality Profiling and Personal and Corporate & Executive Coaching.
With a genuine, warm, down-to-earth approach, Carol makes the coaching and training process challenging and worthwhile…but also less daunting and more fun.
Carol has said “I can’t be doing with jargon and, to my mind, theory is only useful if you can apply it in real life. That’s why I developed all Cazbro programmes, workshops and materials in a way which turns theory into simple, practical tools. Clients get to build a toolkit of resources, techniques and ideas which are relevant to each individual’s situation.” She added: “I’m determined that everyone leaves a Cazbro session with something useful and feeling confident they can put it into practice immediately."
Bev James: CEO of The Coaching Academy
“I remember Carol from my very first Coaching Academy event, she had such great energy and enthusiasm. At the end of the weekend I asked her if she would be my coach as part of the pro-bono practice sessions. I remember Carol being a fantastic coach and she helped me keep on track setting up my coaching business. Thank you Carol you helped me at a very important time in my coaching journey and for that I am truly grateful." — Bev James
